"I had my tour today with Katy and she was so nice and was more than willing to answer all of my questions, more than once! I'm a first time renter so I didn't exactly know how everything worked and she was very patient with me and explained everything! It was so much appreciated! The property is very nice and well kept. I viewed a renovated one bedroom apartment. It was very spacious and CLEAN! I loved that there wasn't any carpet in the main living areas, as I have pets and carpet is not a friend of mine. The ceiling is high so it makes it feel even more spacious. I loved it and put myself on the waitlist."
