When it comes to outdoor play, pets will love the charming courtyards, grassy areas, and garden pathways in our community, with Pet Waste Stations throughout the community making for easy cleanup. Our apartments offer the ideal location for a quick walk to Anthony Munoz Park , which is located just across the street. This park has plenty of space for anything you and your pets want to do, from throwing and chasing sticks to taking a jog around the field. There are also several dog parks located nearby, including Baldy View Dog Park , which features separate areas for big and small dogs, so your little furry friend has enough space to play.

Our Considerate Pet Policy

We also have a pet policy in place to ensure pets are cared for. We ask that you keep your dog on a leash when entering and exiting your apartment, as well as anywhere on the grounds. While we have a pet weight limit of 20 pounds, we welcome not only dogs but cats as well. We have breed restrictions due to size and behavior traits. Smaller animals like hamsters, guinea pigs, birds, or reptiles are also welcome, so long as they are kept caged and in a sanitary condition. Additional or other pets must be approved by the management. Only authorized pets with the owner’s approval are allowed on the premises.
